SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Downtown

I always enjoy my stays at this SpringHill location. The staff is consistently kind and welcoming from valet and the front desk to the bar, engineering, and housekeeping. Every part of the arrival process is smooth; valet is ready, and the front desk is always prepared to get me checked in quickly. While the nightly parking rate could be better (and I understand it’s not controlled by the hotel), the overall experience more than makes up for it. The breakfast is definitely worth waking up for and is a great start to the day. I’ve had many positive experiences here, which is why SpringHill remains one of my top 5 hotels in Atlanta. The bar isn’t always open when I arrive, but whenever it is, the service and atmosphere are excellent. I wish I could remember everyone’s names because the entire team deserves recognition. They all contribute to making this location truly exceptional. Highly recommended try them for yourself. You won’t regret it. Keep up the great work!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, the hotel itself is great and we were very satisfied with our accommodation. The only downside was the breakfast situation. There were too many people and not enough space in the dining area, so it was hard to find a table. The line for food was long, and we had to wait quite a while before getting our breakfast. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.

Due to my job, I am a frequent hotel guest so when I say this was 1 of the best services I have experienced. I speak from a plethora of experiences. Since this stay was on my birthday. I called ahead to request a room with a tub so I could soak using a bath bomb I was anxious to use. The front desk host Mariah was very professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. Special thanks to Ruby, Xtina, Taylor & Zamyah. When I walked in my room, that signed B-Day card & gift bag. Made my day and made feel sooo special. My room was super clean with a great view of the city. I have shared this experience with everyone who has asked about my Birthday and felt highly inspired to leave this review. I recommend this location to everyone.

We just stayed for our grand daughters 6th birthday. We have to say that out of all of the hotels we have been to over the last few years. The staff at this hotel were by far the best. We can not thank them enough for making her birthday something that we will remember for years to come. Thanks you all from the clean rooms, the valets, restaurant staff, and the front desk. You all did an amazing job

While we were there the staff was amazing and so incredibly friendly. We felt like we were handled like family. Breakfast was always great and plenty to go around. The room we had was just right for our family of four. We appreciated the hospitality for our first trip to Atlanta and we will definitely be back.

Friendly staff and excellent service. It begins the moment you walk in the door. Ruby White goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable, knowledgeable about amenities, nearby attractions and conveniences. She provides wrap around service to ensure guests enjoy their stay from beginning to end. We hope to return every February :)

I had an absolutely amazing experience at SpringHill Suites by Marriott! From check-in to checkout, everything was smooth, welcoming, and professional. Front Desk – Exceptional Service Rudy, Zamyah, Kisha, Mauriyah, and Desyrahe were phenomenal. Every interaction was warm, friendly, and efficient. They made me feel valued as a guest and handled everything with professionalism and positive energy. That front desk team is solid! Bar – Great Atmosphere Sophia and Ashlee were amazing. The drinks were on point, the vibe was right, and they made the bar area feel relaxed and fun. Great personalities and great service. Good Energy All Around Even though I didn’t use valet, Jordan was just a good vibe. Respectful, positive, and welcoming. And shoutout to Dasani in security professional, attentive, and made the property feel safe and well-managed. You could tell they take their role seriously while still being approachable. Breakfast Team – Starting the Day Right Ms. Deb, Ms. V, Ms. Bertha, and Destiny were incredible. Breakfast was fresh, the area was clean, and they made mornings enjoyable with their kindness and hospitality. They stayed on top of everything and made guests feel at home. This entire team understands hospitality. Clean property, strong customer service, and staff who genuinely care. I’ll definitely be back and recommending this location to others. Top-tier experience all the way around.
